Content & Social

A feed that finally matches the work.

Regular shoots, a monthly plan, and posts that go out on time. Your feed becomes the second place a client checks after a referral, and it holds up.

The idea

Most firms don't have a posting problem. They have a content problem.

Phone photos of finished homes, posted whenever someone remembers. That is what most feeds look like. We fix the supply first: Tresmot shoots on a schedule that matches how much you build, planned so the feed never runs dry. The shooting is the difference. Then the posting takes care of itself.

Could you post it yourself? Yes. You won't, consistently, and the feed will look it. Consistency is the whole game, and it is the first thing that slips when the office gets busy.

The feed

Six posts from one month. Scroll through them.

Every post starts from a real shoot, so the feed looks like the portfolio. Captions are short and written in your voice. Nothing generic, nothing stock.

How it works

Shoot as the work happens. Post every week.

Three moving parts, one calendar. Shoots are scheduled around your projects, not the other way around. You approve the plan once a month. We do the rest.

01 · Ongoing

The shoots

This is what nobody else does. We shoot on a rhythm set by your projects: framing, finish, move-in, the people behind the work. Video first, because that is what the feed rewards right now. Every shoot is planned for the feed before we arrive, vertical from the start, not cropped after.

02 · Monthly

The plan

A content calendar built on your pillars. You see every post, caption, and date before it goes out. One review, one approval, done in fifteen minutes.

03 · Weekly

The posting

Captioned, scheduled, and published across your platforms. Comments and messages watched. A short report at the end of the month with the numbers that matter.

One month, scheduled

What the calendar looks like once it's running.

Every week has something going out, and reels lead. Every post drawn from recent shoots, captioned in your voice, and scheduled across the platforms your clients actually check. A normal month.

Shoot frequency is scoped to the firm. Pricing is scoped to the firm. One call gets you a number.

Add-ons firms actually buy

Launch audit

Blueprint up front, before the monthly plan starts. Most firms add it.

Expanded platforms

LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, or Houzz, added where your clients actually look.

Email marketing

A monthly note to past clients and referral partners, built from the same shoot.

Copywriting

Captions at scale, project write-ups, and web copy in your voice.

Straight answers

What firms ask before they start.

We already have someone posting. Why Tresmot?

Most firms have someone who posts. Very few have a strategy. Posting to post, with no plan behind it and no data in front of it, is why most feeds stay flat for years. We study what is working on each platform right now, plan every month against your goals, read the numbers, and adjust. The content is the visible part. The growth comes from the part you don't see.

Which platforms?

Every one your clients spend time on. Instagram is the anchor; Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok each reach a different slice of the people who hire you. The content is already produced, so we put it where it can be seen. More platforms is more exposure for the same shoot, and we manage the whole set as one voice.

Why does video matter so much?

Because it is what the platforms reward and what people actually watch. Short video reaches people who have never heard of you; photography convinces them once they arrive. A feed that leads with reels grows. One that is only stills stays with the people who already follow it.

Do we have to be on camera?

No. Most of the feed is the work itself. When a principal or designer is willing to talk for 45 seconds on site, those posts do well, and we make it painless. It is never required.

Can we use our own photos?

Yes, if they hold up next to ours. Existing professional photography goes into the pillars. Phone photos of finished homes usually don't make the cut, and we'll tell you.

How do we know it's working?

You see it. A short report every month with the numbers that matter: reach, profile visits, saves, and inquiries, and what we changed because of them. No vanity metrics, no thirty-page decks. If something isn't moving, you will hear it from us first.
